- Statue of Liberty
- Wall Street
- 21st Century (shopping outlet)
- Walking along Times Square 42nd Street
- Junior's Cheesecake
We had made our reservations for the cruise to Statue of Liberty on this day, so early in the morning we made our way to the jetty where we would be taking off from. Horror of horror, we managed to get off the wrong train station stop, and had to walk to the correct jetty which was about 20 minutes away. Thank God for the cold weather & the wind, otherwise we would've been sweating buckets lol.
This is the first time I've been, since my family and I didn't have enough time to visit the island before. I'd say it was a half-day well-spent there, and the lady of liberty didn't disappoint.
The rest of the day was spent walking around Manhattan and basically window-shopping around the area. We did catch two Broadway shows (one was The Lion King which was soooo worth it!!!; the other one was Matilda, which was cute) on two separate nights so that was fun, too!
I'll let the pictures do the talking.
And so ends our 10th night in the US - with cheesecake at Junior's :P
